Drifting up to Santa Rosalita
Yesterday we drifted up to Santa Rosalia, litterly drifted. Gary wanted to try out an old drifter that we found under the bunk that is designed for under 10 knots, and we had about 7 knots, so it was a great day for that, I think that we actually hit 3 knots at one point, but it was really slow going. The Drifter worked fine, by the way. Am including some photos that we took at Mulege, got a ride into town with a camper, and she gave us a bit of a tour, saw this neat old church and they had a look out behind that gave us a great view of the Oasis. Was really surprised because other that the planted trees, you hardly even find all this lushness on the desert.
